Bound in wrinkled, violet leather-with bony plates of darker purple or black-this hefty tome has corners shod in adamantine and a latch of similar material. Its spine is also dark metal, with a short chain and shackle attached to one end. Thick, uneven parchment forms the pages. Shadows in the cover’s creases peel away at times, forming wisps of cold, bitter mist.

The Hand Cannon seems to be a heavily modified Smith and Wesson Model 500 double-action revolver. Githiran had this weapon customized for special purposes with the following:

It has a traditional 6-shot cylinder as opposed to the Model 500's original 5-shot cylinder. Further modifications; the Hand Cannon has are targeting sights, and porting on each barrel -which is 10.5 in (267 mm)- to reduce recoil and muzzle flip. An obvious extra barrel underneath allowing for a double shot. The cylinder has also been modified with a right-handed crane and cylinder release tab, as Githiran shoots with his right hand. The Hand Cannon also has a molded wooden grip and an intricate White-Silver rose design carved into the arm of the cylinder crane. The Hand Cannon fires 12.7×41mmSR which is a .50 caliber semi-rimmed revolver cartridge -500 gr (32 g) FP XTP Hornady; 1,425 ft/s (434 m/s)-, that has the stopping power of 60,000 psi (410 MPa).

Ammunitions are considered magical for the purposes of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Shattered Star is a break-action, double-barreled shotgun with two 1 inch in diameter parallel barrels, allowing two single shots to be fired in quick succession; The two barrels are arranged horizontally. The Butt of the shotgun is covered by tempered steel, and the comb to the grip is oak wood, as is the forearm. The safety, action release, trigger, trigger guard, the chambers to the muzzles are also made of the same tempered steel as the butt is.

Amputator Shells
Shells contain dozens of tiny balls and are designed to scatter over a wide area when fired, making them ideal for close-in work where accuracy is less important, and filled with explosive micro-shrapnel, these bullets are designed to shear flesh and shatter bone, causing limbs to be blown away. These shotgun shells explode on contact and are used by Shattered Star. As the name implies, they are very useful for devastating massed enemies within enclosed spaces.

Gas Rounds
Replacing the conventional payload with a small capsule of compressed gas, these shells are designed to replicate the effects of larger gas grenades, allowing Shattered Star users to deploy debilitating or obscuring clouds of vapor at a distance without the need for a grenade launcher. The resultant clouds are smaller though, as the shells can only contain a small quantity of gas.

Solid Slugs
Perhaps the most common alternate form of Shotgun ammunition, a solid slug is literally just a solid lump of dense metal. While not quite as devastating at extremely close ranges, the slugs pack a considerable punch and are more effective at longer ranges than the normal cloud of shot.

Stun Shells
Used by some to subdue targets rather than kill them, these shells contain a small, single-use shock generator connected to a collection of sharp metal prongs. The shell discharges into an enemy struck, expending its entire charge in one go.

Wyrmbreath Shells
Wyrmbreath shells, when used with Shattered Star, unleashing fanning bursts of flame that are particularly useful against foes susceptible to fire like many poorly-armored units.

White Darkness is a beautifully crafted elven artifact small bow made of polished wood. The elven craftsmen made the bow so strong, even stone can not scratch the marvelous wood and the deep finish of its polish can be returned by a single brush of the hand. The bow has blade blockers at the tips and near the handle for protection, and quick movements from defense to offense. When an arrow is fired from White Darkness, it becomes a whistling streak of violet mixed with black light. Arrows launched from White Darkness can easily bury themselves into stone. White Darkness Shoots Magical Energy Arrows-when performing the action of drawing the string of the bow-and adds homing capabilities to the Magical Energy Arrows shot, when aiming at a specific target. Spells can also be added upon the Magical Energy Arrows as well.
